    1. [COMPUTERS] Verizon email settings with Eudora
    2. Vanessa Stern
    3. Is anyone else using Eudora and Verizon? I have Earthlink for my email, so I have Eudora set up to receive incoming email from Earthlink and to send outgoing email via Verizon. Verizon is apparently changing their email settings and I'm not sure what to change. In particular, they are apparently enabling SSL and specifying a port and I don't know where to enter this info. 3. Haven't seen a reply to this yet. Hope you have found a solution by now.   Not sure that I am judging your problem correctly.   Could it be that you have made each block of the header the same size. If so it would expand as you enter the phrase in each one, but will revert to the size it was made when you close the program. You have to size each block in the header to hold its shape.   Bea >________________________________ > From: S Carpenter <spcarpenter5468@gmail.com> >To: computers@rootsweb.com >Sent: Wednesday, November 27, 2013 6:29:22 PM >Subject: [COMPUTERS] using Word 10 to create a cemetery list. > > >OS  Win7 > >I have tried two different ways to do this, each time the header for one >section  will revert back to another header. 1. [COMPUTERS] using Word 10 to create a cemetery list.
    2. S Carpenter
    3. OS Win7 I have tried two different ways to do this, each time the header for one section will revert back to another header. It works, I save it, then go back and it has reverted agail. It is not the section next to it that it reverts back to do. I even tried a new document, made sections, for each cemetery with name only, then added the information later. This file is 156 pages. several cemetery listings have only a few people listed, and there are 16 sections. The problem seems to be with the El Bethel header, for some reason. It will look correct, then all of a sudden, I notice it has reverted to a previous headed. I am not linking the header. The headers are correct at one time, then incorrect, then I fix it, it is ok, then the next time I check, it has reverted back. Any help or explanation? I have had trouble with the headers in documents before, but not like this. spc

    3. Nivard and others, Wireless rodents of course don't have the gunk build-up that ball-type do. For a decade, I have been using an optical ball mouse using the thumb on my right hand. Yes, it must be cleaned periodically. Those of you with carpel-tunnel syndrome, you might consider trying the MS optical ball mouse (they are getting hard to find). This removal of the right hand movement (and only the thumb) totally removed my carpel-tunnel problem. Dale

    3. Hi ?? Have you tried swapping the two mice over and see if they react the same on their opposite number ? It may just be a faulty rodent I used a previous optical mouse for some years and it started acting up after about four or five years, nothing I could do would fix it so replaced it with my present one, this has worked perfectly until this last month or so, I thought it was the mouse giving up the ghost but others are reporting the same problem using different types of mouse So I suspect a software or driver problem Some bright spark at microsoft may have "fixed" something without checking the repercussions Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) On 17/11/2013 05:13, wstjs@aol.com wrote: > > Neither of mine have balls anymore either.
