    3. Hi. I tried to download the first one and it started at 7 hours then came down to 2 hours to download. The second one started off at 4 days to download. Obviously I didn't wait for it. I have got high speed broadband so I don't know what the problem is. Sorry I cannot help. 3. I am offered the opportunity to save the items. I didn't bother since I don't need them. In both cases, I did a right click on the link and requested opening the url (I suspect that is a feature of my mail program, but it might be worth a try in your mail). I am using Windows 7RFC. 3. Actually, just to clarify, Nivard was referring to LEFT of the "Notification Area" not LEFT of the entire Task Bar.  The "Notification Area" is on the right side of the Task Bar, near the Clock. The ICONS in this area are quite often hidden, due to space constraints, and are made visible by clicking on the '<' Arrow. Notification Area http://www.theeldergeek.com/HT0_002.htm Hope this clarifies it a bit... Regards, Kevin.
