Hi Barbra, You can also highlight the area you want to print by clicking your mouse at the start of the section, holding the mouse button and dragging to the end of the section. At this point you will have your section highlighted. Then hit the key combination Ctrl-C to copy the section. Open the program you want to copy into and use the key combination Ctrl-V to Paste the data. Hope this helps ! Regards, Kevin. Hi all, Who can help me. I have read that it is possible to burn a start CD from the ME diskette. To confess, it is a very long time ago that I burn something so if anyone knows with program I can use I really appreciate your help. Is there a free burn program or trial? Thanks for your help. This is not just an email but a fram that the email goes in to. When you open an email it goes into a fram the has a lot controlling feathers at the top. This fram has only three features. 1. From:, 2. To: & 3. Subject. I don't know how to explain it to you. Any email that you open goes into the regular frame and also this unwanted fram. Help. Another advantage of using those websites is, most of them have a "Share Your Pictures with Family..." page. So when Grandma wants two extra prints of everything (mailed to Florida) and Uncle Bob wants a copy of every picture with his kids in it, and Shirley wants a 5x7 of the picture of Jenny with the dog, from the set you took last month...because it's just as hard for you to remember what everyone wants as it is for them to remember that they were going to pay you back for the expenses... You can just refer them to your shared photos page where they can order their own and pick up at their local store. Some ways to do this: Burn a CD -- somewhat a waste of a CD if you only burn a few pictures, but it's a good way to get your backups onto CD at the same time. Flash drive -- many of the photo print kiosks don't have provision for USB drives, including "thumb" drives. They do have slots for flash memory cards of the types found in your camera, so you could use a memory card and a card reader in your computer. Upload to the store's website -- easy to do, and you can pick up your prints or have them mailed to you. Good Morning! What is the best method for me to export my pictures from My Documents so I can take them and print them at one of the stores that has a photo copying machine? This is a new adventure for me. I have Googled and know that the process is easy but am still not sure whether I can use a Flash Drive or a CD. Thanks for the help. Yvonne

Helen Have a look at the Sony Viao website, you should be able to download the user manual from there which will tell you what the function keys do. I would give you the exact link but it depends on your model. Thank you very much, Kevin. Helen
Hi Helen, It must also have a model number... perhaps on a label underneath ??? Such as on this page... the Model is VGN-SZ440 http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/model-documents.pl?mdl=VGNSZ440 When you find the Model Number, you can type it in on the page below and it should direct you to a specific page for your model, with all of the documentation you will need... http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?PRODTYPE=24&NAVDISP=pc Regards, Kevin. Kevin, I have a Sony Vaio notebook and it did not come with any hard copy booklet etc., I would like to know if there is something that would tell me the special functions of the keyboard---I am sure somewhere on the computer I should have it but WHERE to look? Helen
Go to http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?DIRECTOR=DOCS and type in your model number and then you should be given a list of manuals. I think the one you will want to look at is the User Guide. Bea, What is the make and model of your laptop? Since the laptop is new, was there not any documentation about the "special keys" and how to use them properly? If you don't have documentation, we may be able to find it for you, based on the model information. Regards, Kevin.
