copy and paste from CRUMPTON list: Hello to all, I have been quietly on the list for a while hoping to find my Mid-Missouri Crumps, specifically Matha Jane Crump married Boone Co, Mo in 1847. However, I noticed that in my Briscoe and related lines from Maryland there is a Judith Compton who married a James Swann. James Swann was born about 1670 and died in 1707, so Judith Compton would be no spring chicken if alive today, though I have no dates of birth, death or records of children.
