Hi, My GGG Grandfather was Henry Compton born May 1, 1784 in Boone Station, Fayette Co, Ky., and died Aug 18, 1873. He married Sara Cox Dec 17, 1815 in Davidson, Co. Tennessee. I am a descendant through his daugter Mary Jane Compton born Oct 16, 1822 and who married Jesse Gillman March 16, 1841. I would love to correspond with any one researching this line. I know Henry's mother was named Charity. But who was his father and what was his mother's maiden name? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Dot Clark
