Hi List, Looking for leads on the following COMPTON family which probably lived in the southwestern Virginia counties of Buchanan, Russell, and Dickenson, and possibly in adjacent Pike County, KY. Don't have any firm dates, but I would estimate that Meshack was born about 1880, Bartemus about 1900 and Basil about 1920.
