The main index page is at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/maps/. The Colorado Index is not on line yet (click, click, type, type, click, draw, type) but will be uploaded later this week. Since I had already started a Colorado map index and had scanned two old maps to produce county level maps, I volunteered to take on the Colo FM USDML job. In the near future, I will be moving the 1905 and 1920 Colorado county maps from my ~coyuma directory to a new directory in the USDML. As in other Archive file moves, I will provide notice of the move and leave a temporary copy in place to give you a chance to change your links to the files. The existing Index to Colorado Maps page, www.rootsweb.com/~coyuma/comaps/, that I have been maintaining for the COGenWeb will remain in place! The only major change to the COGenWeb page that you will see is a new link to the USDML instead of the existing links to the 1905 and 1920 map index pages. As always, if you find an old Colorado map (on paper or on the web) let me know so I can either get it scanned or link to it. Recent additions to the COGenWeb Map index page included the Library of Congress, American Memories Map Collection. The LOC currently has 31 old Colorado maps on line including some real "treasures". (An 1865 diorama of Fort Collins is one of them.)
