Good Morning All, I am looking for information about my Grandfather, William Holman Turner. I know he was in the Grand Junction area maybe prior to 1936. He had a brother Clarence. I received a notice from from a gentleman there who saw an article in the Daily Sentinal dated Feb 20, 1936. It refers to Clarence Turner receiving word that his brother William died in Missouri . William having gone over there late in the fall.(assuming the fall of 1935). William Holman Turner was born July 1893 in Grand Junction,Mesa CO. Married: Hattie Iceline Lawrence on 7 Mar 1912. My father William Henry Turner dob: 18 April 1913 Grand Junction, Mesa, CO. and another child but I am not sure if it was my Uncle Pete or not. Hattie divorced William and moved to Idaho where she later married a Mr Boyce and had 2 more sons. It was only in recent years that I found out that Boyce was not my fathers real last, not having ever been formally adopted. If someone has any info that will help me I would certainly appreciate it.
