If the county does have records, the address would be: Mesa County Health Department 515 Patterson Rd Grand Junction, CO 81506 There was also a census taken in 1885. I believe the local Family History Center has a copy. I make no promises for how soon, but I will check and see if John is on that record on my next trip there.
