Hi Ken and rest of the list, Now that I have read your letter, it has gotten me to thinking.....and wondering if anyone else has ordered the Handibook for Genealogists? I ordered it way back in August. I have called them numerous times with them telling me it "hasn't gone to printing yet" or should be "ready by the end of the month or a certain month". I just called them in December, and the receptionists or whomever answered the phone said she hoped they would have it done by Feburary, or she didn't even want to have to answer the phone. I called them back in February, and they said the end of the month again. I really don't want my money back, I just want the book. Has anyone else been dealing with this? Thank you! Carol
