Hello, My name is Janet Hawks I am researching Hawks, Gray and McCarrick in Colorado. This is my husbands side and a few of the older folks are still alive so family folk lore and stories are still pretty easy to get from these people. Most of these people ended up in Montrose and most are still there. I just really wanted to introduce my self to the list and say hi how ya doin. I will post the info I have on these people at a later date. I will be in Montrose this weekend need to take care of some family business and I'm going to try to get to Grand View Cemetery so if any one needs me to see if I can find a grave site for you just holler and I will post what I find as soon as I get back.
