(Found in my travels) Mary Ann (et al) Leon has completed the Colorado Council of Genealogical Societies' "Active Colorado Cemeteries" index. It is on-line in the CCGS pages at http://www.rootsweb.com/~coccgs/co-cemeteries-index.html The CCGS list provides the cemetery name, address, county, point of contact, telephone number, physical location and legal description. It is the "definitive" on-line list of active Colorado Cemeteries. The "Active" list doesn't show the abandoned cemeteries and single/family grave sites that were in the original CCGS "Colorado Cemeteries" (paper/out of print). As with all consolidated lists gathered from various resources, the information needs to be taken with a grain of salt. I noticed several errors in the listing for my part of Colorado.
