According to the Taylor Cty. newspaper T.M. Moore and Mary F. Moore moved their family to Montrose in 1881, however, T.M.Moore did have land in Colorado as early as 1860. I am still trying to verify how much and where, etc. Not all 9 children were born in Iowa. Some of the census records have T.M. Moore listed as F.M. Moore because the original microfilm is very difficult to read and T looks like an F. My great-grandmother was Ida V. Moore. Mary Francis is buried in a Montrose Colorado Cemetery.
