Around 1940 people of Colorado were put to work by copying the marriages of Colorado from 1858-1939. The marriages were typed onto individual cards, alphabetized, and then microfilmed. The work is only fifty percent usable as the marriages are indexed by the grooms only. There's a group of volunteers that is trying to rectify this by indexing the brides also. They are being sponsered by the Denver Public Library. Some of the cards are unreadable, Some of the people doing the typing neglected to enter marriage dates, license numbers or names, in some cases. At the moment I would like some help with the following marriage. HANNER, Isack & ?? FNNTA ??, Hanna married 13 May 1899 License # 327. I would like the correct spelling of the brides name and any corrections if necessary. Any help that I receive will be greatly appreciated.
