Need some information re: land records. 1) Does anyone know if the homestead records for Montrose and Delta counties are available any where except the National Archives? 2) Does anyone have the addresses for the Public Libraries in Montrose and Delta counties? 3) Does anyone have the addresses for the Country courthouses in Montrose and Delta counties.? Am trying to find where my grandfather had a fruit orchard on the Western Slope. Through the kindness of Helen at the Reference Center, Public Library in Grand Junction, I know that it wasn't in that county. She suggested that I try Montrose and Delta.
