She was born in Neidermanjou Russia immigrated to US with brothers Jacob and Carl Schaefer and sister Marie Schaefer(Henry)Rieb. Her parents were Henry and Anna Reimer Schaefer. Carl and Marie migrated to NE Colorado Area and raised family there. Jacob was listed in Carl's obit in 1948 living in Woodland, Calif area. Mary was also listed living in Nisland SD. Mary and sister may be married to brothers, Henry and Johann Rieb. At this point. Most came from Russia to New York, to Chicago then to Kansas. Our bunch then to Colorado. Henry and Johann have a sister Anna Stoppel who stayed in Kansas and raised family there.
