Try http://wwwsterlingcolo.com When the cover page opens, look on the left for "Parks, Libary & Recreation". Click on it. That will bring up a page that in the center - right has "cemetery". Clck that. When that page opens go to the bottom and click "The records search" You can type in name blank "Phillips" and hit search and all the Phillips name will come up and you can click on the name you want for further information.
