Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/ZY.2ADI/345.1.1 Message Board Post: Carol, Thanks for the info on the Peetz Schools. Will check both places. As far as Harriet Rebecca Huston Forsythe, her name is not familiar to me. From what I have collected on the Huston family, there were 4 brothers who came over together from Ireland and I have only looked at the one brother, Samuel, from whom my line is descended. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Sharon

The phone number is (970) 334-2361. There also may be information at the Overland Trail Museum in Sterling. I have seen some old school records there, but I don't remember if there were any Peetz records. The museum's phone number is (970) 522-3895. They may also know if there is a museum in Peetz. I hope this helps! PS Do you have Harriett Rebecca Huston Forsythe in your line? I have been trying to find her ancestors. Carol Silvey

My best resource for news articles is from Julie Tonsing at the Sterling Journal Advocate. She is the business manager, but can forward the info to the appropriate person. Her email is bizness@journal-advocate.com. There is a small charge, but if you have the dates, that definately reduces the cost. I hope this helps. Carol

I have been subscribed to this list for a very long time trying to get info about my mothers fathers side of the family. It has been a couple of years since I have done any investigating (started a family). My great grandfathers name popped right up after coming up empty handed in the past. His name is Walter A. Pace. My mom passed away a year ago and was always so fascinated with my progress with her side of the family. Did not know many of them, including her father. So, I was so excited when I saw it. Is it possible to still get a death certificate for 1911?? Thanks so much! Denise
