I have talked to my internet server and he has said that you do not need to have the software, "Family Tree Maker" to be able to access my site. My TECHNICAL server said QUOTE; The web page that you are trying to get to does work. The problem could be a few things but it would seem to be coming from the Internet Service Provider you are using. Check with the technical support to see if there is anything they can do on their end. UNQUOTE. Also remember that if you are typing it in it is very easy to make a mistake.
