Newberry Peter Conner himself, 1 son under 16, and wife Uriah Conner himself, 3 sons under 16, wife and 4 daughters Edgefield Thomas Conner himself and wife Orangeburg-Lexington William Conner himself, 1 son over 16, 1 under 16, wife and 1 daughter Sumter Isaac Conner (Connor) himself, and seems a bachelor -no wife nor nothing Laurens John Conner himself, 1 son over 16, 2 under 16, wife and 1 daughter William O'Conner himself, 3 sons over 16 and 1 under 16, wife and 2 daughters Uriah lived in Newberry up near where Laurens and Abbeville meet and Edgefield is not far distant and Tom lived in Edgefield up near Abbeville line where it joins Newberry. My conjecture is that all these where related. I wonder if Uriah's pappy was in this bunch and which were hise brothers? Som day I am going to work a jigsaw puzzle and piece together a bunch of all those Conner women I have been sending names of and match them up with some of these men for I hate to see so many Conners living in unmatched Bliss. I do not note Alexander Conner who Married Jane Bradley in census but he lived in Abbeville along Edgefield line. What about old man Bill O'Conner in Laurens-I wonder if had not got rid of the O by 1790? He was of the Cokesbury Set. By 1790 it seems that Boley et. al had gone to Franklin Co., GA. >From the Parish Book of the Episcopal Church of the Reddemer, Orangeburg, SC- The Rev. Thomas Tisdale, pastor. Hans Ulrick born 10 April 1751 being the son of Felix Morff and his wife Margaret was baptized in this church 3 Nov 1751. God Fathers, John Heller and John Gissendanner. God Mother Margaret wife of Peter Larry. In Episcopal Church a boy has 2 godfathers and 1 god monter while a girl had 1 godfather and 2 god mothers. These were most likely close relatives or dear friends of the family. 24 DEc 1750 was married in this church Henry Westine to Barbara Morff, the widow of the late Hans Ulrick Morff. Witnesses-Henry Haym. Casper Kuhn, Peter moores and others. My idea is that she is the mother of Felix Morff for he named his by Hans Ulrick. 5 June 1750 Jacob Murff was married in this church to Christini Hesse, spinster. Witnesses-Michael Christopher Rowe, Henry Gellman Et.AL. Note the Rowe family later on. All members who did not make their Easter Communion were excommunicated. Token were given out with a number and was left at the alter rail when Holy Communion was received. A member could fulfil his obligation ot make his Easter Communion from Easter Day until Trinity Sunday. Some few lists of those making their communions is in the Church book. Sunday 15 April 1753. Felix Morff and his wife held token #49 and fulfilled their Easter duty by receiving Holy Communion today. Easter day 7 April 1751 Baptized Maria, the daughter of Richard Hainsworth (Haynesworth) and his wife Elizabeth Hessse (as I foun out late in marriage records) God father, Michel Christopher Rowe. God Mothers, Margaret wife of Michel Christoper Rowe and christini Wife of Jacob Morff. Much of the old Church book is torn and records cannot be read and there ar other entries under Murff which cannot be made out.
