My Collins line is also from Boston. My great-grandfather was Dennis Collins of Ireland who married Margaret Cliggett, of Doneraile, Co Cork. Dennis and Margaret married in London in 1866, had two children there (William and Mary) and, after arriving in Boston in 1873, had a son Thomas who is my grandfather. At the time of their marriage, the best man was Patrick Collins. I do not have any information on Patrick Collins but am searching for any info. that anyone else may have. I do not know if Patrick arrived in the USA. Frank
