Mrs. Collins worked as a volunteer for United Hospital in Port Chester. She was born in Port Chester on August 10, 1936 to the late Raymond and Gertrude O'Toole. She graduated from Port Chester High School and attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. for three years. She is survived by two sons, John and Ra Cardinali and a daughter Kathy Williams. Visitation is at the James J Gunipero Funeral Home on Friday from 6 to 8pm. The funeral is on Saturday at Our Lady of MErcy Church in Port Chester.
