Here is my disconnected Collins: David Collins b. 1814 S.C. died in Grant Parrish, La. 8-8-1883 Married Hester_____? ca 1737 Miss.? children: Sarah b 1838 Miss. William b. ca. 1839 [Name and birth listed in bible no mention any other place] Emily b. 1844 Miss. Elizabeth b. 1846 Miss. Hester died 1853 in Miss. David listed in Rapids Parrish La in the 1860 census along with the two younger daughters. Listed in the same house hold was Marthe Collins same age as David and a young boy with the last name of Conner. Martha is listed in the Bible as dying in 1863. I think she was the second wife of David , no proof of this. David Married Susan Francis Neathery Newton in 1866 Horatio Seymour Collins was born 2-5-1868 D.11-29-1924 Be glad to share info on the decdants of H.S.
