I have been researching the Collins family from Lowndes and Berrien Counties. Specifically the family of John W. Collins from SC and Mary Giddens from GA. 2 of their daughters married the sons of Elias Thomas from Cat creek, Lowndes county. Elbert Thomas married Martha A. Collins and John N. Thomas married Pheobe Collins. I have alot of information on this family but and stuck on the parents of John W. Collins Teri Schneider
