Tracy M. Collins CLEAR CREEK -- Tracy Moody Collins, 67, of Clear Creek, Raleigh County, died Thursday, March 5, 1998, in a Beckley hospital after a long illness. He was a retired miner from Consolidated Coal Co. and a member of UMW District 17 Local 1330. Surviving: wife, Shirley Kincaid Collins; sons, Tracy "Junior" Collins and Kirk Eugene Collins of Beckley; daughter, Tammy JoAnn Collins of Hickory, N.C.; brother, Gene Collins of Beckley; sisters, Wanda Kincaid and Flossie Daniels of Dayton, Ohio, Delerene Jones of Alabama, Maxine Atha of Ameagle. Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Workmans Creek Cemetery, Clear Creek, with the Rev. Loretta Taylor and Evangelist Sandra Taylor officiating. Friends may call from 6 p.m. today until noon Tuesday at Workmans Creek Church, Clear Creek. Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Prosperity, is in charge of arrangements.
