I am researching the names COLLINS and WHITWORTH. My Jacob Van Buren Whitworth married Mary Jane Collins in CA 1855 NC. I think Rockingham Co was Jacob's ancestral home. They wound up in 1870 Obion Co, Tn and 1880 Gibson Co, Tn. Jacob born ca 1815 and died 1893. Mary born abt 1828 and died 1894. Any help with these two names greatly appreciated.
