I do find Hiram Collins living in 1860 in the Bald Knob area of Yadkin County. He had the following living with him: His wife, Pheby age 45, David 22 Farm Labor, Mandy 15, Lewis 14, Grey?(couldn't read name well) 12, Elisabeth 10, Lafayette 8. They lived next door to Calvin Collins age 30, his wife Margaret age 30, Janey H. F. 7, William F. M 5, Dorthy A. F 3.
