Hi, Don't have anything on your ancestry, sorry. I do, however have the name Jennie running through out my Collins/Lewis line. Joseph Collins oldest daughter was named Jennie. She was born between 1850-1860 in Alabama. Joseph's father was Joseph Collins born in Norht Carolina, and married in Georgia to a BAGGETT, also from North Carolina, Joseph had a brother named James. They were both born 1770-1780 in North Carolina, and moved to George, and then to Mississippi/Alabama. I bet that we are part of the same line. There is another Jennie, my g g grandmother, Jennie A. Lewis, a neice of the 1850's Jennie Collins. What part of Mississippi did your family move to? I would like to try and help you find out some more info, because I am in high hopes that we share this line. Did your family by chance happen to go on to Arkansas?
