Hello to all, One of my ancestors was Lewis P. Collins. The family bible says he was born in Mississippi in 1825 and that he married Ann Slocum of Carrollton, Mississippi. That is all I know about them except that two sons, John Collins and Thomas I. Collins (born in 1855) lived in Texas and may have been born there. Does anyone know anything about these folks?
