Regt., age 19, 5'4", auburn hair blue eyes, fair complexion, single,laborer. b. Liverpool England; enlisted for 3 yrs; mustered into service Aug. 16, 1861 in Springfield, IL. Residence: Perry, Pike Co,IL. Deceased Feb 28,1862 Cairo,IL by reason of wounds rec'd in action. 2. Thomas Collins, 18 yrs, 5'4", light hair, gray eyes, fair complexion, single, farmer, b. NY,NY; enlisted May 27,1862, Griggsville, IL by D.F. Coffey for 3 months. Mustered into service June 26, 1862, Camp Butler by Capt. Wilson. Residence Perry, Pike Co, IL 3. George Collins, 32 yrs, 5'7", dark hair and eyes, dark complexion, married, laborer, b. McColister, Penn.(couldn't read name of county in Penn.) Enlisted May 27, 1862, Griggsville, IL by D.F.Coffey for 3 months. Mustered into service June 23, 1862 Camp Butler, IL by Capt Watson. Residence: Perry, Pike Co,IL 4. John Collins, 20 yrs, 5'6", dark hair and eyes, fair complexion, single, farmer, b NY, NY. Enlisted June 10, 1862, Griggsville, IL by D.F.Coffey for 3 months.
