My COLLINS line is also from WV mainly Ritchie, Wood, and Doddridge counties. Jacob COLLINS b. 1771 m. Phebe STUTHARD b. 1777 were my 4g grandparents. Children were; Elizabeth, John, Jacob jr., Frances, Benjamin, Phebe, Nancy, Mary Jane. Elizabeth had illegitimate son, Josiah COLLINS who I decend from. He was raised by his grandparents and gave is own children many of the same names as his aunts and uncles. Henry Benton, John Marshall, Floyd, all used several times.
