Artie B. Collins RICHMOND, Va. - Artie B. Collins, 89, of Richmond, and formerly of Bluefield, Va., died Wednesday, December 31, 1997, in Richmond. She was born in Arkansas and was a daughter of the late Frank Westmoreland and Adline Westmoreland. Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Collins and wife Kay, and Jessie Collins and wife Lola, all of Richmond; one daughter, Bonnie Mason and husband, Robert of Merrifield, Va.; two brothers, Earnest Westmoreland of Pocahontas, Va. and Shelby Westmoreland of McDowell County; one sister, Ellen Dillon of Roanoke, Va; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Dudley Memorial Chapel in Bluefield, Va. with Rev. Michael Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens on the Courthouse Road in Princeton. Friends may call between 7 and 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
