The following pedigree has been furnished by the Collins family of Ferrisburg: 1. Oliver Collins , b. England( it is supposed in Guilford) and emigrated from there to America, settled in Guilford, Conn. He had issue, with others a son. 11. Oliver Collins, who was b. in Guilford, England, AD 1738, and settled with his father in Guilford, Conn. He married Hannah Wilcox, daughter of Elisha and Mary Wilcox. He died Oct 23., 1808. Apr 20, 1808 Permenius Miller, March 16, 1811 Elias bated Collins, above named, was born in Ferrisburg, VT., and married May 1st, 1839, Catherine Ford by whom he had issue, viz: V.
