I have a John Collins married to a Rachel Edwards in Jefferson Township, Logan County, Ohio in the early 1800's. Their son, Joseph married Phobe Cline who was born in Maryland. I have always suspected that the Collins family migrated from Maryland, but I haven't any proof.
