So far all dead ends.... Doesn't anyone have a Jesse Collins in them somewhere? The only thing we have is a old bible record written by his daughter saying b. July 24, 1809 Va. d. Oct. 12, 1881 Vinton Co. Ohio Married Nancy Whetsel (Whetzel, Whitsel) Oct. 23, 1832 in Jackson Co. Ohio. We have a very complete family tree after the marriage....but "0" before 1832... The 6 Jesse's who are descendants of Abraham Collins do not match the dates or places you specified. Although, I have a lot of Collins in my database, the Collins line I have detailed is just one of a large number that were in the country at that time.
