Would really appreciate anything on the parents and grandparents of James Potter COLLINS, born 1763 in Lincoln County, NC and married to Mary Anderson in 1803 in GA. He fought in the Revolutionary War and wrote about his memories. Unfortunately, he didn't give too many genalogical details about the family. Father, Daniel COLLINS, was born in Waterford, Ireland, in 1736, to Charles & Susanah Radcliffe, along with 7 other children. I only have a vague idea when he ran away to America and cannot find him on a ship's manifest. He did marry Elizabeth Heland, also of Ireland, in 1756 in Philadelphia, PA.
