    1. [COLLINS] Who is Susan Taylor ? [!!!]

MGC: http://books.google.com/books?id=q2z9gAM9TfYC&pg=PR12&dq=abigail+collins+Woolverstone&cd=1#v=onepage&q=abigail%20collins%20Woolverstone&f=false The phrase ['During their 29 years of marriage ....'] is probably the writer's error. It is calculated on m:1586 to the death date of of Samuel Beadle d:1615 [1615-1586=29 yrs]. But Abigail d:1608, so it should read ['During their 22 years of marriage ....']: I think that's all it is. Causes a lot of confusion. More: There are [TWO SEPARATE SETS] of Samuel Bedle m. Abigail Collins. They should be seen as: === 1. Samuel Beadle, Deacon, Vicar of Woolvertone, m. Abigail Collins, of Bramford Suffolk. NOTE: They had SEVEN children and m. for 22 yrs. === 2. Samuel Bedle m. [Abigail widow of Samuel Bedle, wife of William Thompson]: Can we get their kids?. (1) ? Bedle. (2) Samuel Bedle. (3) Nathaniel Bedle. (4) Dorothy Bedle married John Bowles of Roxbury, Mass. (5) Abigail Bedle married William Powell of Dedham and Boston ... [Abigail Collins: She married 1st Samuel Bedle or Bedell, when she is described in the Visitation of London, 1633, as "daughter of Collins of Braintree, Essex']. === Going for a walk: If we are at St. Peter le Poer in Austin Friars Street just of Broad Street in London, go to the end of Broad Street, take a sharp left into Wormwood St., which becomes London Wall St. a short way down, take a sharp right about Fore St., and then a sharp left still in Fore St., is St. Giles without Cripplegate church. I understand that this church is the same as St. Giles Cripplegate church ?. Is that right ?. It 'seems' to be here, we will find the [Tobias Markham of St. Giles Cripplegate], a churchwarden there ?. === === === [Cont.]: I have just noticed something here. I think this will be the case. >From the book ref. given above: Samuel Beadle did not have 7 children, he had 9 children. The last 2 are missing (!!!). The writer has just counted the number of offspring in this specific record as 7 children. Not the case. Samuel Beadle leaves out his 2 last children born, why, because they are no longer in Old England. Too far away. They are in NE. His first dg named [Abigail Beadle] died young. So he has yet another dg of the same name. === Father: Samuel Beadle b:1555 d:1615. Mother: Abigail Collins d:19-03-1608. [dg Abigail Beadle d:(Abt.1588-1595) or so] [Additional children who went to NE]: Dorothy Beadle, [Woolverstone Suffolk] chr:15-06-1606, m. John Bowles. Abigail Beadle, [Woolverstone Suffolk] chr:14-03-1608, m. Michael Powell. === You will notice the 2nd Abigail Beadle is b:14-03-1608, and the mother dies 5 days later. I have changed my tree already here. It will be crucial to know how all of Daniel Collins' relatives fit in. It must be right. That much is fine. === [**********]: Commissary Court of London: Will Abstracts Volume 26 (1629-1634): TAYLOR, Susan - London, widow (f356): bur near chldr Ralph & Sibyl in St Peter the Poor; son Thos Francknell; son Jms T; son in law Jn Taylor; dtr Eliz Ford, Susan Chibball & Dorothy Shaker; grandson Sam Ponndage; exec dtr Kath Francknell; wtns Dan Collins, Jn Buxton & Sibyl Collin. === [Bear with me]: I have to ask myself the question: Obviously Susan Taylor has been m.'ed a few times (3? or so?), But ... ... ... we know we are basically in the right place, but things are not adding up just yet, but a whole set of seriously close marriages, etc. here, If ... OK? ... the [exec][=>Susan Taylor]'s dg is Kath Francknell, and one Daniel Collins is supposed to have a sister Katherine Collins who m. ? Francknell, she then being Katherine Francknell, TL:c1633, this is (1629-1634)(!!!), which one Daniel Collins does seem to have, the 'Dan Collins' probably her brother ?, Surely, but don't call me Shirley, would mean, in say 1633 or so, that simply, if Kath Francknell is the dg of Susan Taylor, and Kath Francknell is the ??? sister of Dan Collins, then Dan Collins mother must be .... Susan Taylor ?, and .... It would surely mean that the Daniel Collins who is b:1583 in Bramford Suffolk, who has a sister Katherine, it seems, and since this Daniel Collins' father d:1594, it would be quite difficult for him to have m. after he had died. If Susan Taylor (m. surname) had a dg Kath Francknell, say the sister of Daniel Collins 'Merchant', then this Daniel Collins here could not have say one Susan Taylor married to his father who d:1594 ?. I am finding it difficult to write and specify my frustration here. In the most simplest of terms I can make it, right or wrong here: This Dan Collins' mother must be 'Susan' ?. Feel free to comment.... This [Dan Collins] can't say a son of the Daniel Collins 'Merchant of London' ?, since he only got m:1633 to [Sybill Francklyn]. And since this is say TL:1633, any offspring of the 'Merchant' would not be signing as witness. Whatever the case: Susan Taylor's dg is Kath Francknell. I 'think' the will of Daniel Collins Merchant of London, did say his father m. 3 times ?. You must also notice in the Collins book, that only a John + Daniel Collins are mentioned alongside Abigail their mother. That was it. Some Dr. Collins. But [Susan Taylor (m. surname) has a dg Kath Francknell]. This 'Susan' must have husbands say: Taylor, Francknell, etc. One record says: 'at about five of the clock, was Saynt Gyles Church burned, belles and all, without Crepellgate'. - S.K.M. - [!!!] ======================
