    3. Try looking in the "Mulegeon" group of Collins. Here is a good website: Vardy Collins' descendents Posted By: Gary Davis <Send E-Mail> Date: Monday, 24 February 2003, at 4:39 p.m. I am descended from Melungeon "patriarch" Vardimon "Vardy" Collins from Newman's Ridge (Hancock county) Tennessee. He and his wife Peggy Gibson Collins have many descendents. The highest concentration of which are in Sneedville,Tennessee. I am kin to Vardy through his daughter (or grandaughter) Clarkia Collins who married Isom Biggs. Whose daughter Delsie Ann Biggs married my Great Great Grandad Noah Lee Ramsey. They were married in Hancock county,Tennessee. For more info please visit http://www.melungeons.com/ Here is another really good one also: http://hometown.aol.com/bbbenge/page15.html When I first heard of the Mulegeons, I assumed they were a "mulatto" line of the Collins, in reading this, that is not the case. Your name of NARCISSA COLLENS rings bells with me on the lines of Vardy Collins. Check these websites out. Beth Collins Wordprocessing McGuireWoods LLP Bank of America Corporate Center 100 N. 3. Elizabeth. Thank you for the reply, you have given me another search site. I have looked at some Mulungeon sites in the past but i will look again. While attending an anthropology class at our local college our instructor asked if anyone believed that they had native american bloodline. I stood up and he then asked to examine my teeth. He stated that i did indeed have shovel teeth and an added tooth condition that had 'bugged' me for years. I could feel little blobs on my teeth with my tongue and often wondered why i had extra pieces of enamel on them. The instructor said i had Cherokee Pearls, tiny, round enamel pieces on the inside of my front teeth common to Cherokee people. I thought he was joking and i never did follow up on his exam.Wanda.
