Collins as his guardian in 1840 when he was 14 in Lewisburg, Marshall Co., TN, the son of James Collins. I have attached my family tree information for you to view. Maybe you'll see something that looks familiar. I also have his cousin George W. Collins b. abt. 1840 m. to Mary with a daughter Susan.they lived in Marshall Co., TN in 1860 and Lake Co. TN in 1870. George Washington Collins, b. Sept 18, 1868 possibly died in Texas around 1940 married Margaret Jane Ezell 1890 in Muldrow, Indian Territory Oklahoma. They had one daughter Georgia Maude b. 1892 and possibly two boys-Henry and David. Maggie died in 1900 in Oklahoma and is buried somewhere near Hansen or Sallisaw Oklahoma. I can't find George and Georgia or the other children anywhere after that.
