I am looking for any info on Charles Sylvester Collins, Sr. Charles,Jr is my father. Charles, Sr was married to Margret Katherine Briscoe and they lived in Athens, Ga. Early in his life Charles, Sr was a painter in Pendleton, SC and served in the US Coast Artillery in 1911. If anyone has any info contact me at the addy below.
