I'm looking for the parents of Elma Collins.I was at the Library and the Archives today and all I could find on Elma Collins was she married William Grier on May 26,1866 by Rev.T.P.McColley.(Kelso Methodist Records,Filed under Minister) They were married in Frederica,Delaware.Any more help or a push in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
