COLLINS, John Franklin & COLLINS, Clarence Lewis Hello all My Distance Cousins. Here is one for you. Since we are trying John Franklin and my grandfather together with William Floyd Collins the Cave spelunker. Since Clarence Lewis said he was first cousin to William Floyd Collins. How about our Indiana cousins looking up Clarence Lewis Collins in Indiana. Born June 20, 1879. His father John Franklin Collins, born in Kentucky, maybe John's wife Jemimia Philps was born in Kentucky also. Any cousins in Indiana and Kentucky willing to do a look up? Maybe then we could make the connection, if John Franklin's father was John Joseph Collins then maybe Leonidas Collins Floyds father was John's brother. Or maybe Clarence was a 2nd cousin to Floyd by one of John Collins brothers. Robert James, Joseph, Charles Foster or William Henry. Any searchers for takers to get this family put together.
