"They must have followed into the wilderness a mighty man in those days, the Reverend John COLLINS, a born Quaker destined to drive the first stakes of the Methodist church in the then Northwest Territory." He was born abt. 1769. Lived in Gloucester, NJ. He and those of his followers moved to Hamilton County, OH in 1802. His wife may have been Sarah BLACKMAN. He is related to the DUNNS. He had a relative named Mary BAILEY DUNN. Please, if you know anything, I'd love to hear it. John Collins was supposed to have been famous and I haven't found a thing yet! Thanks.
