I found on the Ancestry site Commodore & Matilda (Andrews) Collins & with his parents being Mahlon Collins & Effie Hays. Children are: Mitchell Kenny Mahlon Sarah William James Effie John Mary The email address is not longer valid and the file itself does not provide any information other than names.
