My most wanted Collins is William David Collins, "reportedly" born 1855 "somewhere" in Illinois. In 1882 he's in Clinton - Henry - Missouri & marry's Annie Elizabeth Ishmael. Among the census' his birthplace is Illinois AND Indiana. I can't find him before 1882 (in Missouri).
