I was asked about a program that I mentioned, and I forgot who asked, so will send reply to all... It is called fzip family tree and it is TONS easier to use than either Familytreemaker by Broderbund or Cumberland Family tree... it displays four generations onscreen at once, prints very nice reports, is easy to edit or change or connect or disconnect lines... all kinds of handy little things... just doesn't have the online capabilities of FTW, which also has some serious drawbacks in my opinion. Anyway, you can download a shareware version of this one from the guy's website at: http://www.ozemail.com.au/~acroft and you can register it for 35 bucks or so and then it will do everything! I use it for daily work because it is so easy. But, to get the tree on the internet, I just make it a gedcom then open it in FTW and upload from there. Laura Knight-Jadczyk
