Hester in 1837 In 1850 U.S. census David b. SC 1814 Hester b. Miss 1814 Sarah b. Miss. 1838 Emaly b. 1844 [ familybible list a William b. 10-21-1839] Elizabeth b. 1846 Bible list Hester as dying 1-14-1853 David found in Rapids Parrish La. in 1880 census, living in household was David 46 b. S.C. Martha 47 b. Va. she died 10-25-1866 in Grant Parrish, La. Emily 17 b. Miss. Elizabeth 14 b. Miss. [ I don't know what happened to the girls] John Conner 13 b. Miss[ who was John?] after Martha s death David m. Susan Francis NEATHERY Newton widow of Richard Newton. They had one son Horatio Seymour Collins my grandfather. David died in the early 1800s. I was told as a small child that David was b. in N.C. Living in Perry co. were several Collins families; were they related? listed below Abednego b. 1812 m.
