"Kentucky Adair County, Set. County Court, March Term, March 5-1900. Present Henry J. W. Butler presiding judge. It appearing to the satisfaction of this Court that G. W. Collins is a man of good moral character and in regular communion with the Separate Baptist Church at Mt. Zion, Adair County, Ky. and said Collins appearing in open court took the oath as required by law, and together with William Blair his surety executed a bond to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, conditioned as required by law, which bond is approved by the Court; and said Collins is now duly authorized to soleminize the rites of matrimony in this State."
