Hi List, Is anyone researching Jacob COLLINS, b. ca. 1797 somewhere in NY, and living in Tioga Co., PA. as early as 1812? He married Cynthia, maiden name unknown but may be SPENCER, and may be the daughter of Jonathan L (Lee) SPENCER and Lavina REXFORD/RAXFORD, but willing to know any other maiden name it might be. By 1830 they were living in Athens Co., OH that later became Hocking Co., OH. by 1833. Their known children were: Lorenzo D.; Oliver (my direct line); Orin P.; Frank; Christopher and one known daughter Cynthia who married George SENFF and moved to McLean Co., IL. There are two unknown daughter's and one may have married a Simeon BRIGGs. I am trying to find Jacob COLLINS parentage and his wife Cynthia's maiden name, and would welcome contact with descendants from any of their children. Judi Burkhardt
