Sheaccuses Lykins with cruelty, declaring that he has cursed and cruelly beaten her, the lastoccasion last Monday, when she claims he also drove her away fromtheir home at night.She further avers that Lykins isextreemly jealous of her and refuses her the privilege of talkingto or visiting her friends unlesshe is along, though, she declares Lykins has been to chummy with other women, one in particular forwhom he bought sild stockings, sheclaims.She says that Kykins is the ownerof teh property at the Third streetaddress, in addition to consideralblechaitel property, including two busses which he operates between thiscity and Rushtown, an automobile, garage equipment; and funds in bankand she secured a temporary injunction restraining him from deposing of his property pending the final hearing.She asks that she may be given thedivorce and alimony and restored toher maiden name of Colegrove.
